I personally like their americanos but yes, drip coffee is generally awful.

Usefulness

I know a lot of people who really like this coffee shop chain, but I find their coffee to be actually sour. Artigiano tries to be a bit like Starbucks (with the same cup size names and barista clothing color scheme), and even though their coffee tastes different, I'm not sure that it's any better. The decor is nice and modern, though.
